“I have had a very positive experience at Summit Vision with Dr. Sarah Rohr. I normally had seen Dr. Kennedy but after having a horrible extensive fiberglass injury on Thanksgiving, I had seen both. I have went into to see Dr. Rohr multiple times now with my eyes in various stages of injury and in the worst pain I've had all my life from the fiberglass. She displays professionalism, empathy, compassion, and answers all questions I have had. She has been able to remove fiberglass pieces each time that I go and has each time gently checked the scratches in my eye and under the lid through this arduous time. I would recommend Summit Vision to anyone and both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Rohr are outstanding. We are newer to Colorado and I can honestly say they are the best eye Doctor's I have ever been to all of my life. When needing glasses the staff is wonderful to correct any needed issues and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. The staff there when checking in and out is always on top of things and they are great about calling in any needed eye medication to the pharmacy. I would easily give this rating more than a 5 star for Dr. Sarah Rohr if I could. Being a woman, I think I resonate with female doctors more after many complex health issues the last years but both Doctor's at Summit Vision are wonderful!! They even moved locations recently across the street and it's so spacious and inviting. If you don't come to Dr. Kennedy or Dr. Sarah Rohr at Summit in Erie than you're missing out. I truly feel they are the best. I referred a neighbor here too and she's been very happy with her glasses experience she's had. The staff is all wonderful, professional and stays focused on fasts at hand. I also have no problems with eye medications being called in that I have needed sporadically. Both Eye Doctors here deserve an award for out outstanding, caring, professional and kind they are. They listen to patients and I never feel rushed. I would recommend anyone here and if it's a bi of a drive it's still worth it most definitely. I have the most lightweight, comfortable pair of glasses from here also that I have ever had and it's wonderful. They are more fragile so if I've ever had issues with them Summit is quick to address any issues with contacts or glasses. This place is fabulous and all of the staff are kind, professional and caring. Both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Rohr treat patients and myself with the upmost respect and care. Both have been helping me with my fiberglass injury and healing to remove what they can and giving me excellent advice for care I can do at home between appointments. Both are exceptional Eye Doctors. Come to Summit if you want an all around, consistent exceptional experience.“

Let me tell you, they went above and beyond the call of duty, turning a potentially frustrating situation into a shining example of exceptional customer service. Here's the story: I have duplicate vision coverage and am able to get a prescription through another provider without copay. I have been happy with Dr. Lorree for years and like to keep my business local. So, I ordered frames/lens from FVC. Unfortunately, the prescription was off. With everything ordered, I thought for sure I'd have to shell out for a whole new pair. But then, something amazing happened. I reached out to Daniel, expecting the worst. Instead, I was greeted by the most friendly and helpful representative I've encountered in ages. He listened and worked to ensure the lens were correct and - get this - offered to replace the lens without question. No blame game, no hassles, just a simple, "We're here to help." I was floored. “I last visited Dr. Murphy for my annual exam this past November 2019 and the staff you see face to face I would give a 100% rating. From Kara who does the initial intake (and still remembered me back from my first visits in 2010) to the Doctor herself I feel comfortable, at home, and give her my complete trust in my vision. So I LOVE Dr. Murphy and still drive from Southeast Aurora to her practice for my annual checkups. The only area in which she could improve is her back office staff. I seem to always have issues with requests not being fulfilled until the 2nd or 3rd attempt. This could be enough to turn away new or established patients. I have had to ask 2-3 times for my Optomap images before they are sent. I have asked for a billing credit that I am not sure has still been applied. These all make patients very frustrated and negate all the excellent work the Doctor provides. So Dr. Murphy and Kara get a full five stars... the practice could use some work and gets 4 for now.“

“Front Range Eye Health Center is SPECTACULAR! Coming from a glasses girlie who has been repping four-eyes since 3rd grade, I've seen my fair share of docs. At this facility alone, I've seen three different Opthamologists. Every single one has been brilliantly versed in their eye care knowledge. We've had very thorough examinations and my countless questions have always been answered with kindness and a detailed explanation. The front office and glassware staff are equally as great at their roles! We've never had an issue getting an appointment -- even an emergency appointment.
