I think the woman helping me was Lea. Medium to tall height and green hair. She was super helpful looking up my account and whether my current glasses were still under warranty for a scratch. She also gave me her honest opinion (in the best way) helping me to pick out new frames. When I liked a frame but not the color, she offered to look up whether they came in another color that could be ordered. And they did! Every step of the way she was offering more help than I was asking for and it was so refreshing. And she wasn’t ignoring other customer that came in while she was helping me either. She addressed everyone in the shop.
I was greatly surprised and delighted with the service I received at Target Optical in Superior. Dr. Musson was very kind and thorough in all her examination. I love that they have a machine that can examine your eyes for more serious injuries without dilation. Our technician who helped us find our glasses was also great. Fantastic service. I highly recommend it.
