The owner is so kind and helpful! He even helped my husband adjust his glasses that he bought elsewhere. The selection of frames is very curated, and you can tell that there’s a lot of care and thought put into what they carry. They also have a lot of brands that are hard to find in the US, like etnia and some danish brands too. Thank you!!
Dr Jennifer is great! No nonesense and an easy eye exam. Personal, professional and on time. Easy peasy. Love that it is a small store instead of a bigger medical environment.
Once I needed some contacts for a trip and Dr Jennifer was out of town and the man in store refused to give me a pair so I had to transfer the rx to get the contacts I needed in time for my trip. Seems like they could have handled this in house somehow. Otherwise great service from Dr Carr herself.
Another time I had an eye irritant and got in same day to see Dr Carr and Dr Carr dialogues with my pharamcy to get me the medicine I needed. I was very grateful!

Dr Carr is great. At my first visit she uncovered that my previous prescription was too strong (for years), and getting it fixed made my life so much better. I actually don't need to use readers anymore with the proper lenses now. My wife also goes to Dr Carr, she's had lifelong hearing loss and vision issues. Dr Carr did some research and realized they may be related so referred her to a specialist. She finally was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition and now can treat it and become a candidate for trials. Pete has always been very friendly and efficient.
