MyEyeDr provides excellent customer service and eye care. The staff, including the doctors and technicians, are welcoming, kind, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything clearly and are accommodating to patients' needs. The team helps with eye health and eye wear needs, making it a highly recommended destination.
The staff at this location is amazing. I have sensory processing disorder. I've been in once to exchange my frames and several times since to get the new ones adjusted. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful, especially Luis, who has patiently adjusted my glasses multiple times and reassured me that accommodations are possible if I continue to struggle with my current pair. Extremely kind and compassionate individual 10/10
I had two great appointments with Dr. Thomas and her supporting staff. I had a thorough history and exam taken and appreciated the technology to perform a retinal scan for my records. They replaced the lenses of my current frames and fitted me for contacts as I have developed a slight astigmatism. I had to reschedule a few times on my own accord and they were very accommodating. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout. 5 Stars, would recommend.
Best experience I have ever had at an optometrist. The front desk staff was friendly, and Dennis helped me find a great pair of new glasses. If you are needing an eye doc, this is a wonderful place to go.
