Always impressed by the level of customer service here. Was a patient for several years and returned after a negative experience elsewhere. Worth the drive up from Denver. Very accommodating and helpful.

My daughter is in college in Boulder and this was the place she found for her annual eye exam - the first time she had arranged this on her own. They were very easy to schedule with and in no way tried to upsell her any type of service or product. I spoke with them about price checking contacts, ordering contacts, and later for rebate information. I must have spoken with 4 different people at different times and every single one was kind and friendly, as well as helpful. This is not always the case these days in medical offices (or any customer/patient service based industry) and should be appreciated when it is.

After suffering an injury 5 years ago resulting in stitches in my eye balls literally and glaucoma I will not go to any other eye doctor. I have been taking care of for years now and I totally recommend doctor Terry at my eye doctor and while you're there talk to Alex and get a pair of glasses he inspired me personally to get the glasses and helped order them. My experience is above 5 stars more like "666" ☆'s. ;)
