I'm not one to leave reviews lightly, but my recent experience with FVC deserves a standing ovation. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond the call of duty, turning a potentially frustrating situation into a shining example of exceptional customer service. Here's the story: I have duplicate vision coverage and am able to get a prescription through another provider without copay. I have been happy with Dr. Lorree for years and like to keep my business local. So, I ordered frames/lens from FVC. Unfortunately, the prescription was off. Daniel is THE BEST! He always makes us smile and helps us pick the best glasses. The entire staff is lovely. Always a great experience. They have funky glasses for weirdos like me! Thanks friends.

Dr Rob Wagner has handled my vision care for many years. Always personalized care given, full explanation of diagnosis, and options given to participate in solutions. The location offers a full optics shop run by Daniel with the latest styles and can custom fit any eyewhere frames.
