Went in this morning to have my wife's glasses adjusted (missing screw on frame) without an appointment. The optician, Kay, was able to make the repair and tighten the rest of the screws quickly and efficiently. Great customer service from Dr. Cross' staff!

My experience from exam to eyeglasses was very positive at Boulder Vision Associates. Since I came in alone Valary the Optician, was very helpful in giving me her honest opinion when I tried on frames. Unfortunately I chose outside of my comfort zone and didn't like the glasses on me after the lenses had been put in. I thought I was stuck with frames I wasn't comfortable in but I was so relieved to learn I could chose another frame and start again. Valary once again helped me chose a different frame, this time within my comfort zone and two weeks later I had a pair of glasses I really love. I would recommend Boulder Vision Associates.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone in the clinic. This was one of the first times I felt my health was actually assessed during a routine eye exam. I will be back next year. Thank you for your attention and kindness!
