Doctor appointments are usually just that—appointments—but I had such a remarkable experience working with Doctor Steinberg, I felt compelled to leave a review. I am a single mom to a toddler, and we both rely on Medicaid; I had never heard about an optometrist accepting Medicaid until EFAA referred me to Vantage Vision, where I was super impressed by everything it covered (the majority of my exam cost, as well as one free pair of glasses).

I came a little late for unavoidable circumstances, but they still let me in to pick up my new glasses And they adjusted them! I’ve never felt such personalized care for my prescription before. I look forward to next year’s appointment.

I got new glasses back in August and my dog chewed them a week after having them. I called to see how much it would be and with the insurance I had they were able to quickly order a replacement at no fee. I was very pleased thank you.
