He made, what typically would be a very frustrating and difficult experience, as easy and smooth as I feel it could possibly go. Lonnie, our project manager, kept in close communication throughout the whole process, was readily available to answer any of our questions and make sure everything was to our liking, both during and after completion of the project. “I was very impressed with this company -- after I discovered a leak on a Sunday afternoon that was dripping water in my basement, I called them, and they answered right away and explained some immediate steps I should take to minimise the damage. They were honest in telling me I could wait until the next morning to get a free assessment rather than pay for an emergency visit the same day. They came the next morning and explained the extent of the damage and what they would suggest doing. They also left a dehumidifier with me and were able to pick it up quickly when I was done using it. Very quick and helpful service -- definitely recommend.“
