I do not usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. We had Coit clean all of our carpet went very well not issues and we had them clean some large drapes 20' tall and there was trouble with shrinkage - Coit worked for a number of months to resolve the issue and made extraordinary efforts to make it correct Mark was the supervisor who was assume.
