I've used Josh and his excellent team at Kinetic three times over the last 8 years, most recently involving water damage to our basement. Each and every time, I've felt that the work done has been thorough, of high quality and completed on a timely basis. Also, Josh did an exceptional job working with my insurance company to satisfactorily resolve my claims. This is the second time we have used Chris Berve and his team on two different homes with major water damage. Chris did an excellent job working with our insurance company. He and his team provided excellent communication and were very professional. Kinetic Restoration replaced my front door, including the door frame and all of the hardware. They helped me to pick out the door, the stain, and all of the hardware. They also ensured that any concerns I had were addressed quickly, and the owners personally came out to inspect for quality upon completion. I am very happy with the final product.
