We live in a mid-century ranch and have windows with aluminum frames. If you know, you know...they are hard, if not impossible, to repair. Luckily, the Window Doctor came through for us. We also had them replace the glass in a sliding patio door. Mike was great--very straightforward; and we thought the pricing was very reasonable.
Enver has such a broad depth of knowledge about rugs from all over the globe. He took the time to examine some “mystery” rugs we brought in addition to doing a fantastic job cleaning some very old delicate heirloom rugs for us. He knew the provenance and the mystery was solved. Very well done all around and highly recommended for any rugs you have that need TLC.

Ray and the RTP crew have done 3 roofs on our home and 2 large utility sheds. In my opinion they sre 2nd to none! I'm sure their are people out in our community that come home from work just to find garbage that wasn't picked up, roofing nails That cost you a couple of tires because they were none repairable not to mention the inconvenience of the old roofing material blowing into your neighbors property! Whenever I deal with a new contractor I keep a little closer eye on them to make sure everything is running smooth. I don't believe you could find a better company that does the work correctly, doesn't rush thru it and double checks all the plywood on the roof and then make sure that they are respectful of your property as well as the surrounding homes! They take the proper time required to not only replace other vents and sub-roofing material but pay attention to detail! Any other work that might have to be done is only with the full explanation and O.K. of the home owner. Gutters, fireplace areas are treated with respect and made sure they're treated properly not to create an issue we're there isn't one. If you have a job that is going to take more than a day, all excess scrap is cleaned up and properly secured. Before hand you are able to sit down with a key person to decide what colors and textures are going to look proper and satisfactory to you as the owner. Finally after all the shingles are cut to perfect size then they use a special roofing adhesive around all vents, caps of roof and any other areas that require sealing. Like others I want to have any one to pull up to my home and the roof give it a wow factor! I know my wife and I share in the detail of a house we've first been to and sit in the car for a little longer time trying to figure out what we could do to give our house that outstanding factor! Bottom line is that RTP Roofing does a quality job without the overcharging that you'll get from other companies, because they believe in profitability of professionalism and try to fast talk you into something that is not absolutely necessary!!! Let's face it most of us that are not in a specialty type of construction are trusting the word of a 3rd party salesperson. Your roof can be temporarily sealed from weather while you do your do diligence and take time to get you questioned answered. Ray at RTP is a gentleman that will take his time with you so before the first hammer swings you'll have piece of mind. In a different situation in past years I pulled the trigger to quick and ended up with a job that took to long a just looking at it from the curb it was shotty work that if I would have taken just a little more time the work and pricing would have have come out much more satisfactory! I've learned over the years that a reputable contractor will come to your home take some measuments and not charge you to simply have a reasonable conversation and answer questions. I've made mistakes when I was a younger man because I didn't do my diligence! I'm not receiving any thing for this review, it's just an option that I think most people will find helpful. Do yourself a favor before you spend either a large deductingble or the cost of a whole roof coming out of your pocket! Make a simple phone call, Good Luck. I think you'll be more then satisfied with the outcome!

We’re just at the tail end of our project with Clean Cut Contractors, and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We started out with a master bath remodel, and wanted a rustic mountain spa style. After interviewing three different companies we chose Zack and his team, and absolutely couldn’t have made a better choice.
It starts with Zack himself – his approach to pricing and costs is unique, transparent, and really gave us confidence that we would really have control over the process and budget. He worked with us brainstorming options, created a couple of different estimates, and then we settled on an initial design. He sent Dante and Jayden to start demolition shortly afterwards.
And that’s the next amazing part, those two guys are some of the hardest working, most talented contractors we’ve ever had work on our house. Kind, friendly, and incredibly talented – Dante is a true master craftsman, a ‘lost artisan’ level of detail and skill, yet combined with the latest technology and techniques. We really appreciated that they use the Schluter tile system because this is our forever home, and we can be sure that we won’t ever have leaks.
I’ll spare you walking through the process, and skip to the end of the bathroom, where we hit something Zack had warned us about….scope creep! The result was SO amazing that we added on a new fireplace in the family room, wainscoting and faux paint in the front room, and kitchen cabinet refacing as the crowning touch. Yep, that increased our project costs (of course), but their prices are very fair given the quality of workmanship, and we really feel like we got a great value for what we’ve spent.
The result across the board is absolutely amazing. Zack, Dante and Jayden have truly transformed our house into our dream home. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat if we needed something else done.

I’m an optical manager that recently acquired an independent optical in Colorado. After 8 months with them, I have been very pleased with their communication, patience (I have one brand new optician), and friendliness. Small crew, but hard working and knowledgable. Very few issues, and the ones we have encountered have been minor. Their current lab rep is Bob, and he has visited the office many times and has done numerous one on one trainings with the staff. Their lab manager, Christoph, is very efficient and great with follow thru. He’s honest, and straight forward, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend R3NG. They recently reroofed my townhome as part of the reroofing project of this entire complex and they also replaced gutters. They consistently provided clear and timely communication before and during the project. Consequently, there were no unpleasant surprises. Onsite manager is here daily during the work to respond to any questions/concerns residents have. Jobsite always cleaned up every day. Excellent quality work completed by a very well organized professional crew . They are truly determined to provide a superior quality product for the customer.
We used Kinetic Restoration to replace carpet, drywall, kickboard and floorboard damage sustained in our basement after a pipe broke, causing water damage. Chris was incredibly helpful in getting the whole process rolling, keeping us updated and working with my insurance to make sure we got all the refund for which we were entitled. He made, what typically would be a very frustrating and difficult experience, as easy and smooth as I feel it could possibly go. Lonnie, our project manager, kept in close communication throughout the whole process, was readily available to answer any of our questions and make sure everything was to our liking, both during and after completion of the project. Everyone was incredibly friendly, honest and helpful. I couldn’t more highly recommend Kinetic Restoration.
These guys are great. They were extremely patient and helpful in answering questions over the phone, unlike other companies I spoke with. They were half the price of some other quotes that I received. They were very efficient and I am very happy with my new home AC system.
