I was not happy with the service. The Technician was leaving as I arrived home. He told me that he’d been unable to get into the backyard and do the service in the backyard due to the dogs. However, my sister and my daughter were both inside the home and no one ever tried to make contact with them inside. No one ever knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. They did not know that anyone was there and that they needed to put the dogs inside. He did go back in the backyard after I secured the dogs and he put granules on the backyard and he sprayed part of the house. I had to ask him to wipe down the eaves. John P & all Moxie personnel have been very understanding our pest needs, and budget. They ALSO offer other services like attic inspections for pests and insulation need so that's convenient. Liz & Savion were very kind to speak with. I've used other pest control companies, this one's been awesome and thankfully the most attentive without hounding or rushing you like others sometimes do.
