I had an emergency today I broke my glasses. I called as soon as I could to see if they could help me out with swapping frames. Rachel was so nice on the phone and said as long as they feel they could do it and can its free!! Went in and had the pleasure to work with Grace and see Luis's smiling face!! Thank you guys!! ☺ I can go back to work and see!! Lol

What a rude receptionist! Just a sour attitude from the moment we walked in. Mad she had to get up and give us a tablet to fill out information that they already had in their system as we have been there before. Commented on the number of children I have, yeah 4 is a lot of kids, but they are spaced out well. The oldest being 17 and youngest being 4 months is reasonable. Although not her business or problem. Some professionalism would have gone a long way!
