Very impressed with the thoroughness of the eye exam. The eye doctor and all staff were very friendly and helpful with all my questions. I love my glasses and am so happy I can see better :) The glasses were made & shipped to the store in exactly one week. Very pleased with my experience- I will recommend anyone here! thank you

The manager I worked with was great when going through my insurance and reapplying the insurance to my order. Other than that this place is not great. I got my exam roughly 8 weeks ago and was told I would have my glasses a week later. So a week passes, no word on my glasses. I give it a few days and then call in to a very rude lady who tells me they have one pair (out of my order of 2 pairs and lenses). Fast forward to today, more than a month has passed since my glasses were supposed to be in, no calls, no updates. I have called in a few times and was always told "no we don't have them we will call you when they're in". I was ready to just cancel my order so I called...read full review
