I'm not sure what everyone here is talking about, because my furnace went out right before the big freeze last winter and they got out to do a complete replacement in record time, but not before Tracey spent nearly an hour on the phone with me trying to see if any easy troubleshooting could be done to avoid any money transfer or service call. After finding out a new part would cost half of what a new install would, I opted for the new furnace. I enjoyed the team so much, I got my AC unit replaced in the spring since it needed to go as well. I’ve called in a couple of times for help with my malfunctioning furnace. Tracy was amazingly helpful and kindly spent 20-30 minutes in the phone with me each time I called, helping me to diagnose and fix the issues at a fraction of the cost of having someone come out for repairs. He is very knowledgeable, generous with his time, and patient with me not knowing what I was doing. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

Rocky Mountain Air installed a new air conditioner and it went smoothly without any problems to me. They were on time and finished before the estimated time.Tracy was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions fully and without trying to add services or upsell me, both while giving me the quote and during installation.The final cost was exactly what the quote amount was.Overall, I was very pleased with their service.
