RTP replaced my roof in 2018 and I was very pleased. They did a great job for a competitive price. Alec returned a few months ago to inform me there had been some manufacturing defects with the shingles they installed and wanted to inspect my roof. Sure enough the Malarkey shingles I had installed had the defect. We submitted a claim and Malarkey honored their warranty. I had the same shingles installed by the same manufacturer and installer, RTP and couldn’t be happier. RTP worked with me every step of the way and accommodated all my requests. RTP, Ray and his team, are amazing. They are 'old school' customer service oriented which is so refreshing. They are reliable and the guys that come out to do the work are spot on.
Ray and the RTP crew have done 3 roofs on our home and 2 large utility sheds. In my opinion they sre 2nd to none! I'm sure their are people out in our community that come home from work just to find garbage that wasn't picked up, roofing nails That cost you a couple of tires because they were none repairable not to mention the inconvenience of the old roofing material blowing into your neighbors property! Whenever I deal with a new contractor I keep a little closer eye on them to make sure everything is running smooth.
