“Shout out to Gary, Modesto, and Kristi (kjinteriorscollective) for an incredibly successful primary bath renovation in Greenwood Village.

I have done 10+ bathroom renovations in the last 5 years, and this one turned out the best. Kristi was never pushy with her artistic eye but instead offered me concepts that were on trend but may not have ever been what I thought about. I went with a number of her ideas and they landed - beautifully. The shower tile she selected has received so many compliments as I shared photos with others, and she also selected a polished floor tile I never would have picked but I absolutely loved it.

Modesto ran a lot of the plumbing work on this job, and is a hard worker and super polite and professional. He doesn’t push back and listens to feedback and input.

Gary wants to ensure customer satisfaction - there are always unexpected things you run into during projects like these - but I didn’t feel nickeled and dime’ed which can be a big problem with some contractors. Gary and his team are honest and organized….and delivered a high quality finished product.

They exceeded our expectations, communicating well throughout the project and offering effective and low-cost solutions to any issues that came up during construction. For example, constructing a boardwalk through the wetland led to some surprising discoveries and the original building plan turned out to be unfeasible. HPM smoothly transitioned to a new plan, working with the engineer to field design a spread footer based on actual soil conditions, completing the work with no cost increase. The HPM team also went above and beyond to adjust the schedule so that we could remove fish from the ponds prior to dredging. “Hired this company and much to my surprise they actually showed up and walked my property unlike the other 3 companies that asked me to send them photos via text message and they would email me with additional info. Brandon ensured the basement bedroom would look as good as new or even better. He identified the leak coming from the master bathroom leaking to the ceiling of the basement guest bedroom. He advised on each step of the process even helped me understand what type of paint.
