“Ordered a water heater through Home Depot and they contracted to Delta Mechanical. Communication was great throughout and installer was professional and timely. Only complaint is all the extra parts are marked up higher than Home Depot charges for them and since buying from
HD I should be paying the HD price and not the marked up prices.“

“Rob Derrera and NuBilt are phenomenal! We had a loose gusset plate and misaligned beam on a truss that was discovered during the inspection for selling our home. I spent 10 days calling contractors, engineers, carpenters, you name it, trying to get someone out to make the repair. I was told repeatedly it was an easy repair but other companies didn't want to do it, for various reasons. When I reached out to Rob, he couldn't have been kinder or more responsive towards analyzing the problem and committing to having a team from NuBilt come out to fix it. They came out within days, easily made the repair, and provided the documentation we needed to satisfy our sales contract. The website is easy to navigate, offering numerous resources to students. But the best part of this place is knowing guys like Eric and George truly care about the best interests of the students. George has a way that despite a person's experience, he will find something that they might not know. Eric is simply a great leader who makes things positive and obviously has a ton of experience.
