Yoga for Life with Kerry Temple-Wood Yoga

“In all of my adventurous life, I had not taken a yoga class until Kerry encouraged me to attend her women's temple class. This setting was the perfect introduction to group yoga and has provided a foundation for me to grow in my practice. Kerry's gentle, welcoming spirit encourages us to step into this experience that can be life-changing on a daily basis. Her guidance is humble, patient, and nurturing. Thank you for creating a space where together we nurture ourselves and, in turn, our community. I highly recommend Yoga with Kerry Temple-Wood.“

“I cannot say enough good things about the team at MUV. I have worked with every chiropractor there and they are all excellent. Yesterday I walked in with debilitating pain in my lower back that had sidelined me the entire week. Another doctor wanted to put me on a bunch of medication, but after one adjust from them I was significantly better. They also take great care to know what's going on with all of their patients and I honestly love their package based business model. It makes things so convenient and accessible.“

“I absolutely love this Pilates studio. From the moment I walked in, I felt super welcomed and comfortable. The vibe is really positive and relaxed but still motivating. The space is clean, bright, and has everything you need for a great workout. As someone who was brand new to Pilates, I did not feel at all intimidated, in fact I felt prepared before I arrived and supported throughout my first intro class. Big shoutout to Jenny and Janice. They’re both amazing instructors. Jenny is so warm and attentive and really helps you get the most out of every move. Janice brings great energy and always knows how to challenge you in the best way without it ever feeling overwhelming. Every instructor brings their own style to the class which makes every workout unique and interesting. Since starting classes here I’ve noticed a big difference in my mobility and flexibility and I’ve become so much more aware of my breath. It’s been such a great way to build strength while also improving body awareness and control. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates or just want a supportive place to move your body this studio is the perfect place!“

“Great class and instructor. Love the CP philosophy and quality of the instructors.

The only issue is -- it is nearly impossible to get into a class. If you are trying to have consistency of multiple times/week or even weekly, it won't happen with Club Pilates. I spoke with some "unlimited" members who are having the same issue. If they can't get in on a regular basis, those of us not in that level of plan won't be able to either.“

SOL 19 Yoga Studio Yoga

“I was back in town for two weeks and was searching for a yoga studio to practice and was recommended Sol19. They had a great intro offer! I was able to participate in numerous classes taught by amazing yogis (Tam, Shauna, Ingrid, Emily, Jesse, Jenny, and Alie) — I felt right at home. The studio is vibrant, clean, and very spacious! They have multiple class offerings which switch time depending on the day. I do wish Sol19 scheduled classes that you’d be able to double — i.e power ends 30 minutes before yin as I frequently double Hatha and Power at my home studio in WA State. One of the yoga instructors, Emily, helped me find a Rocket class back in Seattle — I highly recommend Rocket 101 if you want to grow more comfortable with inversions like myself. If I am ever back in town, I know I will be spending my time at Sol19!“

“I started seeing Navit at the beginning of my second trimester of pregnancy. I was experiencing nerve pain in my neck and arm, and back and pelvis discomfort/ instability and felt relatively miserable and very uncomfortable physically. Not only did she swiftly and attentively address these issues, but with continued treatment she supported my body throughout my entire pregnancy. I have her to thank for a comfortable, strong, and joy-filled pregnancy.

As I near the end of my pregnancy, and prepare for a VBAC birth, I am fully confident that my body couldn’t be better prepared and supported, thanks to Navit.

I couldn’t recommend her or her practice more highly.“

“Lauren made me feel welcomed and at home in a very subtle but profound way. I felt connected to her throughout practice and I felt that the teaching that flowed through her was both very inspired and also technically very precise. I really appreciated the energetic container she created and could feel her skill, which helped me to trust the practice. As a yoga instructor myself I was very impressed by this class.“

“I cannot say enough about Core Wisdom, the owner, Kim Robins, and the other students who attend either private or group classes. The expert instruction Kim offers is individualized, creative and effective. She is experienced working with higher level athletes as well as clients who require more nuance and possible modifications due to injuries or ongoing limitations. Kim is always prepared through her on going study and years of experience, to give a challenging organized workout to her students. She is kind, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. The culture of the studio is uplifted and inclusive, a great place to get fit and stay fit. As a physical therapist who is very picky about form and safety, I don't hesitate to send clients Kim's way! Igive this studio the best grade possible. Highly recommend!“

“Yoga Shala is a truly wonderful place! I have studied Iyengar Yoga in many different studios across our country and have found no studio more clean, airy and beautiful. But even more important, the instructors are so so good! I am so grateful to have been a student at the Shala since I moved to Boulder more than 10 years ago. Three years ago I also began participating in a weekly meditation group, which is a better experience than I could ever have imagined. I have studied both online and in person and will always be grateful to have this rich resource in my life.“

“I learned about Tibetan Cranial work through another massage therapist who was in training, and wanted to try it with an experienced practitioner for my jaw pain (TMJ), brain fog and migraines. I experienced immediate relief after one session with Leanna! I know things can shift due to muscle memory, so I’ll be back, but for now I am enjoying the benefits! Leanna is kind, thorough, and welcoming. It was a peaceful experience with a bonus of activating my body’s healing abilities! Highly recommend!!“

“Temple is a masterful and loving massage therapist. As soon as I walk into her uplifted space, I know I will be treated to a transcendent experience! I always feel extremely well cared for and nurtured by her. I love putting “Temple massage” on my calendar. The word “temple” comes from the Latin word “templum,” which refers to a sacred sanctuary. A session with Temple is just that—a sacred healing journey.“
