YoGallery Wellness is a local yoga studio that blends physical fitness with holistic wellness. It provides a freeing, adaptive, and empowering environment for all members. The community and people are amazing, welcoming, and wonderful. Classes are amazing, ranging from easy to intense, and are the perfect amount of challenging for beginners or more advanced yogis. They offer a great hybrid of challenging workout and inspirational yoga. Every instructor is beautifully unique, experienced, and welcoming. The studio offers a variety of classes with easy scheduling, forming an incredible community for a empowering practice.
While visiting me in Fort Lauderdale Kelsey Gallery led a yoga class for a 50+ crowd. Some were more flexible, more balanced than others. Her choices of poses were well thought and followed perfectly from one to the next. Her voice was gentle, soothing, and always encouraging. Highly recommend!
I am a runner and I lift weights. I thought, oh sure, I can do this yoga thing. Lots of ego there. I did a private with Kelsey. Oh God, humble pie. But also peace pie. I felt wonderful. The postures were opening and healing and caused me to truly witness my own body, it's open places and it's defenses. An incredible therapy, body, mind and spirit. Kelsey is patient, kind and truly giving in a way that makes me want to grow. She has faith in the yoga, and in me.
