I’ve been a long standing client with numerous pets over the years and our experience with the staff has always been friendly and professional. The vets have always been kind, gentle and patient with my pets. The treats aren’t bad either…..for the pets that is!“

2972 Iris Ave, Boulder“I don't know where to begin. Dr. Freemyer and the entire team at CASE were among the most caring, competent, and professional people my dog & I have encountered during my pup's 13+ year life. In fact, we drove from three states away just for my dog to receive radiation treatments at this hospital because, after an initial Zoom call with Dr. Freemyer and several e-mails with her assistants, I felt so confident in their abilities as opposed to a closer hospital that the extra travel costs and time off work meant nothing in comparison to the quality of treatment I knew my dog would receive at CASE. It has now been three months since my dog's radiation, and our local follow-up CT showed the cancer is in remission, with no evidence of spread. Every morning, my boyfriend and I wake up grateful our little beloved companion is still with us. Thank you all, deeply.“

649 S Broadway B, Boulder“We have been bringing our Deer Head Chihuahua (Rusty) in for Rehab to Walking Paws and Kelli Koga is absolutely amazing. Rusty wasn't able to put any weight on his back leg and he is now taking 15-20 minute walks, going potty on his own and going up and down stairs. The exercises and underwater treadmill have helped him so much and were so happy beyond words to get our baby back where he was.“

2624 Broadway, Boulder“I had such a wonderful experience at Rise Vet Care Clinic with both of my Labradors. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was efficient, organized, and incredibly kind. One thing I appreciated most was how respectful they were of my time—I barely had to wait, and the appointment moved smoothly without ever feeling rushed.
The staff and veterinarians took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the recommendations for my dogs’ care. They were also so patient, gentle, and compassionate with both of my Labs, which immediately put me at ease.
I’ve been to a lot of veterinary clinics over the years, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of professionalism, excellent communication, efficiency, and genuine care for animals really sets Rise Vet Care apart. I’m incredibly grateful for the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.“

815 E 17th Ave, Longmont“I called the previous day and was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. I arrived two minutes late, and no one made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Libby was weighed and brought back promptly. The technician gathered initial information about our concern, and Dr. Cross came in within a few minutes.
Dr. Cross was professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in her communication. We proceeded with radiographs, and sedation was discussed as I expected. Pricing was clearly reviewed, and although I was comfortable with sedation, the team decided to attempt the radiographs without it first. Libby came back looking like a queen, and they told me she was incredibly cooperative—which significantly reduced the cost.
Throughout the visit, I genuinely felt like Family Pet Hospital treated us as long-term patients, not revenue producers. The radiographs received a full orthopedic review, and Dr. Cross clearly explained the findings and provided written notes so I could fully understand the results.
We’ll be returning to Family Pet Hospital soon for Libby’s spay and baby tooth extraction. I’m very grateful for the care, transparency, and respect shown to both of us.“

1191 Ken Pratt Blvd, Longmont“I'm writing this review a little late but I thought it was more relevant in my case to speak of long term results. Grace, my very athletic Foxhound mix blew out her knee while playing. She was still young enough to where surgery was an option. Dr Peila explained the procedure and follow up for a plate in her knee. Not an inexpensive surgery- but they helped us to secure some financing options for it. I'm so glad we had this done. My dog has recovered 100%. It has been two years now and she has a quality of life she would have without Dr. Peila's help. GOOD JOB TEAM!“

You can see in his eyes and the way he engages that he deeply cares not just for his furry patients, but also for his patient’s owners. Unfortunately we lost our beautiful Stella but it’s comforting to know we had Dr. Shea beside for half of her life. Dr. Shea and his staff are thoughtful, knowledgeable and overall top notch.“

104 S Main St, Longmont“If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. We were fully prepared to put our 4 year old tabby cat down tonight as we couldn't afford an 11,000 surgery from another practice to fix an intestinal blockage. Dr. Jensen was able to work with us and offer us a lower price and ended up saving our cat's life today. If it wasn't for Dr. Jensen, our night tonight would have been filled with miserable mourning, but instead, I get to be with my healed cat while he sleeps and purrs comfortably in my arms. Dr. Jensen was compassionate toward our cat, our family, and our financial situation. He worked with confidence, urgency, and compassion as he guided us through options for our cat. We owe this place a lot. Would highly recommend.“

2750 Glenwood Dr Suite 9, Boulder“This is the first time I’ve ever had to take an animal to a best and I can say this was definitely a smooth a confident experience overall. I have an ornate box turtle who has been a little sluggish lately and not coming out of her covered shelter. Turns out it’s just a little too cold in her enclosure and we have to switch some things up in her environment. Today she seems a lot more active and alert. Dr. Sofia and her assistant Shannon we both very helpful, informative, and gentle with her care/nail trim. I’m confident Dr. Sofia knows what she’s talking about because she has experience with her own box turtle as well. Sounds like they will be able to get me on the right path for my turtles good health later down the line.“

8875 Nelson Rd, Longmont“Best vet in Longmont! The care our animals received from every single employee here is amazing. You can tell that they're really looking out for the best interest of your pet above all things. We sadly had to put two of our dogs down recently, due to their failing health due to their age. The first one was planned and the doctor and vet tech came to our house and the entire experience was beautiful and what you would hope for your fur baby's last moment. Our sweet boy dog needed to be euthanized in an emergency, following a 9 min seizure, and they got us in right away and helped him pass comfortably. It was such a a difficult situation, but even the doctor teared up. You can truly tell they all really care about you and your pet. Not to mention their prices are super reasonable and they don't try to push unnecessary products or tests on you. You can't go wrong choosing them as your vet!“

“My dog loves coming to Left Hand. He is so relaxed he lies down patiently waiting for staff. The veterinarians are all warm, caring and attentive. They never push unnecessary tests or procedures, and clearly view vet medicine as preventive. Everyone from front desk to tech assistants are cheerful, friendly and supportive. I have had two beloved dogs cross the rainbow bridge, and I can't say enough how appreciative I am of the loving and empathic care they took with us. You and your pet will feel welcome and well cared for.“
