“After just two visits with Walking Paws, my dog Bodhi started putting weight on his leg that had an MPL repair surgery and was not weight bearing for a month. Since visits 3 and 4 he is now consistently putting weight on the leg during walks. The folks at Walking Paws are excellent and Bodhi gets so excited for his visits there. The treatment Bodhi receives at Walking Paws has made a huge difference in his recovery.All of Bodhi's sessions, even the initial evaluation, have been covered by pet insurance (Healthy Paws) which is another huge plus.“

The environment is focused on making both pets and their owners feel comfortable under stressful conditions The vets and front desk staff always greet my cat and she feels calm with them despite not wanting to be at the doctor's. Rise Vet answers email over the weekend, so if any questions pop up you can be assured that you will get an answer. I have tried several of the vets in Boulder and I've never been to such an accommodating veterinarian's office. I highly recommend Rise Vet, you dog or cat will be taken care of and, in my opinion, they can sense that. That's important to me and my cat and it's reassuring knowing she is in good hands when making a visit.“

“Left Hand is an incredible institution. We were referred to LHAH after our Aussie, Appa, could no longer tolerate a vet visit after a few rough emergency room visits. The staff has been incredibly patient and dedicated to our dog. When we first visited, he was terrified of the vet, wouldn't let anyone touch him, couldn't calm down and relax, and wouldn't even get on the scale.The staff were incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with Appa, and myself, through consistent happy visits. Devra has been absolutely incredible in her creative solutions, and her perseverance through Appa's ups and downs, always believing in him. I'm happy to say that now Appa has way less fear at the vet, tolerates exams much better, is a total pro at jumping on the scale.In December we had to go through a sedation to get him all caught up with his vaccines, but he was able to tolerate a follow-up shot four weeks later on a chill protocol like a total champion. This is worlds better than where he was just 6 months prior, and we are so thankful for all the dedication Devra, Ashley, and so many others!!“
