I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the compassion Victoria showed when I called their office to ask for help.
I had my 16 year old cat pass away unexpectedly while I was in the area and did not have a vet to help me.
I called them and they immediately offered to arrange for the creamation of my pet, even on short notice and very close to closing time for their office.
Victoria was so compassionate and caring and showed me such compassion at a very difficult time.
I feel very lucky that I was able to visit this vet and especially for Victoria's help during a very difficult time.

Has been my go-to vet since moved by to Lafayette seven years ago. We love this place. The staff is kind, caring, and very knowledgeable between the multiple vets. A great place for your pet.
Saw Dr. Woodruff for the first time with my cat Ash on 3/27/26. Was very pleased with how friendly the staff was. Exam went well but when a vet tech took him back for his nail trim they told me that they had his nicked one of his back claws and that they had put kwik stop on to help stop bleeding. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but was quite upset that the amount of damage was under estimated to me and I was given no instruction on how to care for his wound. I reached back out after I arrived home and saw the damage and heard back within an hour and they got me in the next morning to recheck the site.
