Isaac Klostermann has been my husband's PCP for 6 years. When an 81 year old man who doesn’t do healthcare finds a PCP he actually likes and listens to, you stay with that provider, no matter what. So when Isaac moved to River Valley we followed. He was his typical caring and competent self, but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the facility and the rest of the staff are, and we appreciate the breadth of resources offered there. River Valley Health and Isaac Klostermann are definite assets to the Montrose community!

This was my first time at this Great Clips. There was about a 20 minute wait (they were super busy!), but I was able to do online check in to get on the list before getting there. Jessica did my hair, and was awesome! She looked at a picture I showed her, and checked in with me throughout the cut. She said she spent longer on my cut then usual because she wanted to get it just right! Great first experience.

My shower diverter was failing. AI told me this was an easy fix with a kit costing $15-30. I was shocked when I was told that we would need to cut a hole in the wall and replace fittings with the cost in the thousands of dollars. Listening to the plumber explain the fix I lost faith in his knowledge and experience to adequately approach the situation. I told him no thank you.

Mike was amazing. Holiday weekend Saturday after 3pm - our water main pressure regulator valve failed causing gushing water into our crawl space. We called Keenan and was directed to an on call person, Mike. He assessed our problem over the telephone home with a photo and came out right away to replace this piece. He did this skilled and fast, and was really kind and made sure it was done right before leaving. Cold Canyon did a great job wiring my new house. They worked with the SIPs (wall) manufacturer to make sure the wiring was done in accordance with the mfr's requirements after some problems were found with the wall installation. Big shout out to Nathan, our main electrician, for amazing communication - he deserves 10 stars! If there was a question or a problem he reached out immediately by text or phone and we got it worked out right then. Clear communication makes such a big difference for a homeowner. He also helped me find some LED ceiling lighting when I was striking out online. We just passed the state inspection with no issues; I very happy with their work.
Robert is extremely thorough. He will help you figure out the cause of something even if it doesn’t have electricity. Very well connected to the other trades. And just has a lot of practical knowledge. He has obviously been doing this a long time. Thank you for all the effort and helping to make my home a more comfortable place to be.

Over the past forty years that I’ve received chiropractic adjustments, I’ve never had a chiropractor who knew his profession, or should I say ‘ healing art ‘ better than Dr. May.
The technique he uses is not your standard ‘ snap and pop ‘ technique that the majority of chiropractors use today.
I don’t know exactly how to explain his technique other than to say, it is an experience you owe to yourself if you truly want to feel better, and improve the quality of your life.
Dr Ware has helped me twice with a groin muscle spasm and has fixed it both times! I'm glad to have had her when I needed her. She is such a great chiropractor and knowledgeable in what she does and very welcoming and non judgmental and understands the pain you describe to her and gets to the bottom of it.

We’ve been taking our dogs and Birdy to Black Canyon Vet for over five years and have been extremely satisfied with the care they receive. The vets, techs, and staff are friendly and efficient, even though the dogs and one of the humans can be pretty anxious at appointments.
We live in about 2 hours away, and no oncologist in our area. We found San Juan Veterinary Clinic, with a full time Oncologist, Dr. Franklin. We have had nothing but exceptional service from everyone on staff, during this difficult experience. Makes me want to live closer to use them as our full time Veterinarians!
Never in my long life have any of my dogs had such a perfect groom and loving experience at a groomer. NO detail overlooked, no extra tuft of hair anywhere. Beyond that, my pup is normally frantic and clings to me, but Eve clearly has a special touch with dogs. He hardly looked back when I left her shop. And, she has a special touch with people, too. She listens, she cares, she offers communication and customer service like you rarely find these day. Speaking for my dog and myself, she is the absolute best. Thank you so much.

Wow! I'm in town for work and I arrived with the start of a migraine. I called and they fit me in last minute and I am so appreciative of that. They kneaded the headache out of me and it's been a great week.
I love the intake from because they asked about desired pressure and how much conversation I did or did not want. I asked for hard pressure and quiet and Sarajane delivered on both of those. She was truly incredible and really dug in where I needed it most. Before the massage began she asked me what I wanted her to concentrate on and she focused on those areas for me.

I highly recommend Compass Medical Center because instead of having to go to multiple doctors, I got help with my problems here. I have type 2 diabetes, diabetic neuropathy in my feet, back problems, and a knee problem. I have only been there a short period of time and I’m already seeing improvement with my treatments and I’m very happy!! I haven’t felt so good and relieved in years!! Every single one of the staff members are so loving and caring when I’m there. They always put a smile on my face even though I’m having a bad day. They get me in fast for my appointments, and if I need to call them, they answer their phones quick. If I was to rate them….it would be a 1000%. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

Had my first massage with Jodie and she was amazing. I had so many aches and pains; she asked me where I’d like for her to start. She did not want me to leave unsatisfied. We settled on neck, shoulders and feet. She was firm but gentle and massaged out all my knots. My body was thrilled with the results and my feet have never been happier! I will definitely be back.
