From the first time Elijah arrived, I felt we were in good hands. Our 'window' for someone to arrive was between 3-6pm - Elijah arrived two hours early at 1pm. He introduced himself to me, his demeanor is quite positive and he has a genuine smile. (Hence, the feeling I was in good hands.)Once the repair was evaluated, Elijah made the stars align in lieu of what appeared to be an almost impossible task to accomplish in an afternoon. Had what seemed like simple plugged kitchen drain. Patrick was able to get to us quickly, on a Saturday, and after some quick inspections found the real problem. We had a major blockage in the sewer line. He and his son located the blockage and some poor plumbing work done previously. They fixed the plumbing and cleared the blockage. Would recommend this company to anyone!!

Call about sewer problems early am on Tuesday. They scheduled as soon as possible. Dean was here by 11:00 am-right on time. He checked things out very professionally.
