After learning that building our new home on-site was going to cost at least $600/sq foot, our good friends suggested working with KC and Caytte, owners of Kopper Creek Building. Based on their recommendation we moved forward, finding them and their entire staff incredibly professional, supportive and very easy to work with on just a large and personal project. With an idea in mind, we were led through the design phase with extremely helpful suggestions, teamwork and patience at every step and ended up with just the house we wanted at all levels. August 10, 2022 Re: Consumer complaint issued on January 17, 2022 Kopper Creek, LLC To Whom it May ********* am writing in reference/response to the letter of complaint issued on January 17, 2022, concerning our dissatisfaction with Kopper Creek, LLC, ********, ********.The original complaint indicated the issues occurring from the time the Mobile Home was delivered to the resident site in *****, ********, May 2021. My husband and I sat down with the owners of Kopper Creek, LLC, KC and ***************************** on August 9, ********************************************** the letter dated January 17, 2022. As we discussed each and every issue/item, we realized the entire process was essentially a lack of good communication. It is always interesting to note that in so many cases, this topic of communication is always a bad culprit in any transaction or even in any organization. The fact that the onset of COVID 19 and all its side effects had lent to a climate of frustration and anger. Emotional frustration and lack of genuine communication lingered throughout this last year, and basically, discussion between both parties faltered.All items and issues have been resolved and my husband and I would like to try and restore the negative climate the original letter caused to a better and more productive rating. I have also talked to other customers and employees of Kopper Creek, LLC, and they have all indicated that Kopper Creek, LLC, in their opinion, is a reputable and responsive company. Sometimes a wake-up call can help all concerned both customers and companies alike, who are in the business of serving peoples needs and wants.
