We called Keenan and was directed to an on call person, Mike. He assessed our problem over the telephone home with a photo and came out right away to replace this piece. “My husband and I were very pleased with Pioneer Heating and Air. Our air conditioner broke at the end of May and we were desperate to get it fixed. We called so many HVAC specialists in Montrose and Grand Junction trying to get someone to come take a look at our AC unit ASAP. Pioneer Heating and Air was the only place that returned our phone call (in less than 24 hours too)! They sent a guy out the very next day, and he fixed the problem quickly! Then, 6 weeks later the AC unit stopped working again because of a different issue. It was a Sunday but we decided to call Pioneer and just leave a voicemail so they would call us back on Monday. To our surprise, they called us back later that day on Sunday and offered to come fix the AC right away without charging us at a weekend rate! We were out of town for the day however, so first thing Monday morning they sent a guy over and he diagnosed the issue quickly. The unit had frozen so it needed to sit for a few hours and thaw out. Another guy came back in the afternoon, told us what was wrong, and exactly how we could prevent it from happening again. The AC unit has been working well since. All of the men who have come out and helped us have all been very kind, professional, and helpful. We will without a doubt use Pioneer Heating and Air next time we have a need.“

“Carson has been our lead contact through this process. From learning about stoves, best placement in our house, proper flue height, draft concerns, to maintenance of the stove, it has been going well. Carson has always been considerate and responsive. The day of the install, there were some small hitches, but the lead installer, Nate L., managed it well, and delighted tasks as needed. It was a 3 man crew and they all worked in unison. They were respectful of the floors (scaffolding needed to be installed to get the pipe to the ceiling). The cleaned up after themselves. Nate and I went over some quality checks. Winter is this companies busiest time of year, and they have installs after installs and they sort of walk into a new install situation each time. Ours was a tough install job due to the configuration and cross beams in the way of the scaffolding but they all managed it well. I appreciate Nate and Carson. Cutting holes in roofs and installing a weather tight system always has my nerves on edge, but everyone did well. Thanks guys.“
