Morris Plumbing and particularly Joshua were great to deal with on a service repair issue we had. It’s clear why their reputation among others in the business is so positive. Their office staff is responsive, service techs are competent and their billing is fair and honest. Our time and materials bill was less than a third of what another so called plumbing company wanted to gouge us for. Wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.
Alex came out to our place for the first time after a previous employee had done a job that needed to be corrected. Alex assessed the entire job and quickly made the adjustments that were needed. He also explained the process and what he was doing so that I could understand how the system was working. Excellent!
Josh was great. In just one hour and 35 minutes, he had the water supply turned off, replaced the whole-house union and the shut-off valves, put in a new shut-off valve for the frost-free outside faucet and replaced that faucet. Amazing.
