I was shocked when I was told that we would need to cut a hole in the wall and replace fittings with the cost in the thousands of dollars. Listening to the plumber explain the fix I lost faith in his knowledge and experience to adequately approach the situation. I told him no thank you.“

To update this review from our most recent service I have to say how disappointing it was to get a “flat rate” bill of $650 to flush a hot water heater. It wasn’t that way when we last had it done so I didn’t think to ask when I scheduled it along with the replacement of an hose bib. For that amount in maintenance we could replace the heater every 2 or 3 years.“
