Super happy with the prompt reply to our request for service. They actually came out THE SAME DAY we called to decommission our old water heater that was beginning to signs of failure. Very impressive!
To update this review from our most recent service I have to say how disappointing it was to get a “flat rate” bill of $650 to flush a hot water heater. It wasn’t that way when we last had it done so I didn’t think to ask when I scheduled it along with the replacement of an hose bib. For that amount in maintenance we could replace the heater every 2 or 3 years.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, took the time to fully understand my project and came up with great solutions. I found him to be honest and really great to work with. I would, and will, recommend Wild Country Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.
I was so impressed with the responsiveness of Wild Country Plumbing. I needed a last minute stub out of my kitchen for a remodel and Amy worked with me to get someone in quickly! Jaden and Scott came out and were so respectful and listened to me and explained clearly what they were doing. As is typical in existing homes, there were a few unforeseen situations that needed to be dealt with and again, they explained my options clearly along with potential pros and cons and helped me make the best decision. Best customer service I’ve seen in a LONG time! Thank you!
