“Dr. Kim Bozich is wonderful! I’ve been seeing her for about 6 years. She is knowledgeable and very caring. With a combination of PT including massage and dry needling, and consistent Pilates classes with Kim over the years, I have become stronger and feel so much better! The front desk staff at H2 Health & Wellness is very nice and helpful. H2 offers a variety of Pilates Reformer classes by ability level and date/time and you can pre-purchase packages which makes the per-class price lower. I have taken classes by almost all of the instructors and they’ve all been great- and challenging! The building has a designated parking lot and street parking is usually pretty easy too depending on the time of day. Highly recommend trying H2!“

I asked for firm pressure and got just that and she was also attentive to ease up on pressure when she found any areas giving me pain. Such a hidden gem of a shop and they had last minute availability which I really appreciated. Fair prices and a higher quality massage than the big chains. Highly recommend.“

The only thing I was not totally comfortable with is that adjustments are done in an open area instead of a private room...but that is not an issue for most people.

“I have been here for massages and a facial. I have enjoyed my treatments. The time should start at time of treatment though, not at time of greeting/touching base with the service person to discuss the service. The clock is ticking on very expensive services. Also, every time I have had a service, after the consult, I get on the table for the service, and wait and wait before the technician comes back in. More time ticking. It shouldn't take that long for the person to knock and come back in. (It takes less than 15 seconds really to remove a robe and get settled on the table, not two minutes). Alos, the price points keep creepy higher and higher. It is getting a little out of control and soon might be inaccessible. I would like to keep coming here so please re-evaluate the very high price points.“
