Sidney does such an amazing job! My back and shoulders were in a bit of pain, and it hurt to turn my head. In a one hour visit, Sidney help me regain a pain free range of motion in my neck, and greatly reduced the muscle pain in my back and shoulders! I’ll definitely be back to see her!

I’ve had a great experience at Elements - specifically with Theresa & Allison. Both have been great! They have both given me advice for stretching to augment my massage & took the time to understand what was going on and how to improve my situation. I was very impressed by Theresa, Allison and overall with this Elements massage location including how clean and welcoming it feels.

All five of my stars go to Michael and only Michael. The girl who pronounced herself as the lead multiple times was very unprofessional. She would hang up the phone and immediately speak poorly about the client for everyone to hear. If a worker needs to be talked to about being late, don't do it in a waiting room in front of clients, you embarrass them and made clients very uncomfortable, causing the beginning of my massage to be awkward because the spa aesthetic was completely gone. It put stress into the air immediately. I have been to many element massage locations that had wonderful staff, this was the first time I was so uncomfortable in the waiting area. full review
