After changing into a robe and slippers I relaxed in the comfortable “pause” area with a cup of herbal tea and a warm neck wrap. My massage therapist led me to the treatment room where I chose my aroma therapy oil. The massage bed was very comfortable and heated perfectly. I had a 90 minute CBD massage which I highly recommend. Not only was it therapeutic in the moment, but it helped me to relax and sleep very deeply that night as well.“
