I had a really good massage with Jess - she listened to what I needed, and delivered it exactly. I have MS and really aggravated muscles that need to be treated just SO. When you need a massage to not just feel like pampering, but ALSO like health care, definitely go see Jess! I’ll definitely make this a regular standing appointment.

I sought out a chiropractor due to chronic pain and found all I wanted (and more!) at H2 Health and Wellness. Dr. Haley has thought of everything from creating a peaceful space to suggesting specific stretches to education around health and well-being as a whole. I highly recommend taking the time to invest in yourself via Dr. Haley, you deserve to feel better too!

I am so glad I found H2 Health & Wellness! The staff are great, the facility is convenient & clean and my health continues to improve under the care of Dr. Hailey. She's helped me with everything from low back & hip pain to plantar fasciitis. The massages by Jess have been amazing too!
