My hair was a mess from the last salon I visited, she asked specific questions and made recommendations based upon what I was looking for. “Im in love with Jessica De Somma, she is such a professional and went above and beyond my expectations I had a consultation at JCPenney and had a horrible experience they were telling me by my hair type I could not lift my hair to even brownish and booked an appointment my hair was not treated or anything but they didn’t even bother in testing my hair with Jessica de Somma i was so surprised when she told me we could get light highlights on my hair since my hair was natural no dye in the hair no nothing I was so amazed that at the first visit she was able to do platinum highlights. After this experience omgnes I am so thankful that the lady at JCPenney did not want to do anything on my hair, my hair feels super healthy no damage I don’t know how she did it but omgnes my hair is so smooth and healthy as well“

The salon is beautiful and the environment good, the people that work there are very kind and knowledgeable. Chad collaborated on which route to go with Candace who was my stylist.
