Repaired our whole-house humidifier, and zachary with the team were phenomenal. In a busy holiday season, it was a big relief to have a dependable plumbing and HVAC crew ready when we needed help at home. I contacted Russell Brothers Plumbers on a Saturday when my water heater failed, leaked badly, and I had to shut off the water to the house the night before. Roger was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the whole job. He clearly walked...read full review

They wrapped the exposed pipe so it looked neat, clean, and professionally done. The final bill was actually lower than the original quote, which was a really nice surprise. About a week after the installation,...read full review
