I have to say that the whole crew, Victor, Jon, Anthony, Darryl(plumbing) and Logan(electrical) did an amazing job of the installation! They were very respectful of our property and i would not hesitate to recommend them. Also a shout out to the office personnel, answer quickly and are very knowledgeable and respectful.

Heart Heating HVAC technician (Alec) came out to our house near Colo Springs on short notice on a Saturday. He was prompt, professional, highly knowledgeable about our complex system, and took time to answer our questions. Excellent experience. The dispatchers were also excellent, and the text and email updates are efficient and appreciated.

I have held off a few weeks before submitting a review, but wanted to give a shout out to my tech Alec specifically. Alec has been super helpful and responsive since I contacted Heart. As a fellow tradesman I appreciate that I got a straight forward assessment of the problem and several solutions. Heart and Alec have also been super on top of return trips to insure that my boiler was working properly for all the units it services. I've never waited more than 24hrs for them to come out to address any issues. Its tough to find people who not only do the work but care enough to return and make sure everything is solid in the end.
