my wife and i highly recommend this local plumbing company. It is a family-run plumber service, and our neighbor recommended them, so i called and got an appointment for the next day in Lakewood. wayne arrived a little early with a fully stocked service van and got started right away. He replaced a leaking copper elbow, added a shutoff valve to supply water to the whole-home humidifier on our furnace, and checked our plumbing system carefully when i asked about lowering the water pressure. Our main drain line had a bad clog during a very cold spell, and holiday plans were a mess. We first called another plumber, and after spending hours trying to clear the line, he still did not identify the real problem right away. We ended up paying a lot for time without getting the plumbing working. After that, we contacted Brian's Emergency Water Heaters, and pedro came out soon after. Even though the line was still too cold to fully open up that day, he explained the situation clearly, let us know the best next step, and promised to come back once conditions improved. He followed through exactly as promised, returned promptly, and got the sewer line flowing again. He was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. We really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was, and he made a stressful plumbing issue much easier to deal with. It was clear he understood drain and sewer line work and cared about doing the job the right way. We are very thankful for the help and will absolutely call again for any future plumbing or sewer line repairs. highly recommend this family-owned team.
I had a great experience with this plumbing service. I got to work on a Sunday morning and found about an inch of water across the floor. I called right away and a live person answered, which was a huge relief. They sent Pedro out in about an hour, and he was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The water had already spread through a large part of the basement and was coming out from under several walls. Pedro quickly figured out that the problem was a broken, leaking water heater, but he still did a full inspection of the building and plumbing system to make sure nothing else was causing the issue. He was very patient while helping me locate the main water shutoff,...read full review
