I had to research hard to find a good Navien water heater technician around Denver metro. One of the plumbers wanted me to not use manufacturer warranty and pay for my own part on top of labor which was very odd . After searching through Navien website , I found they have a certified technician and after speaking with many I felt Andrew was best fit because he sounded professional and reasonable. He was on call with Navien found the issue and replaced the part which he had handy with him as well as found another major issue. He was able to get that part as well through Navien. I’ve had an issue with my hot water in my house for 6-9 months. I called a different plumber twice previously to try and get the issue resolved but nothing seemed to fix the issue. I reached out to Immersion Plumbing and Heating to see if they could help and after their repair / visit my hot water has never been better and have not had an issue since. Thanks Immersion!!

Had a pipe break at 10:00 pm so we shut the water off. Called Immersion Plumbing the next morning as a referral from my brother who recommended him to me. He responded to my call right away. He knew right where to cut our wall to get to the pipe and fixed it very quickly. He also replaced an outdoor water spout for me. He was very professional and very informative and I felt extremely comfortable having him in my home. I definitely will use him again for any plumbing needs.
