I have worked with multiple HVAC companies now and will not use any others now after working with Elemental. They were professional, on time, did a wonderful job at diagnoising my AC issue, repaired, cleaned and at a fraction of what other companies have charged me. Ryan and his crew were fantastic! Highly reccomend.
We worked with ECS for recent mini split installation. Ryan was our project rep and James and Logan were our installers. Everything went great! The pricing was fair and transparent, and Ryan worked with us to get the best price and best solution for our space. They also took care of all the XCel rebates on our behalf. James and Logan did great work and were very courteous, clean, and professional. 10/10 would highly recommend them to anyone looking for mini splits!
We had a Heat Pump installed to replace an aging compressor and James made it feel like nothing. I appreciated him letting me follow him around and toss him random questions while he set things up and he came up with some clever solutions to avoid any structural/drywall changes. Communication with the office was also very smooth and I didn’t feel pressured at all while making a decision.
