After a previous unpleasant experience with another contractor, I was relieved that this HVAC company completed the ventilated ceiling installation in about two hours and took care to explain how they managed airflow challenges specific to my home's design. The technician also pointed out some poorly sealed ducts from an earlier job, which they corrected during this visit.
The problem turned out to be a faulty capacitor, which they replaced in under an hour with minimal disruption. They were the same company we used last summer, and once again their technician was knowledgeable and professional.
Our A/C system was making an odd noise and one company suggested we replace the entire unit, but after contacting a second specialist, they identified a loose fan belt and resolved it in under an hour. The contrast between the two assessments highlighted the importance of getting a second opinion.
