Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year. I called Shepherd Heating and Air and they didn’t have a tech that could get there that morning, but to our surprise the owner of the company showed up in less than an hour and fixed our furnace. It was fair and reasonable priced too. Can’t recommend highly enough!
