“We are new to the area and looked for a cat specific vet. We have 3 cats and we are extremely pleased with Dr Buckholtz and staff. From making the appointment to paying our bill every person was pleasant and professional. Both Ryan, the vet tech and Dr Buckholtz was extremely thorough, thoughtful and kind. We have 2 easy cats and one orange male who can be very spicey with anyone touching his backside and trimming nails. Dr B was so patient and understanding and took all the time we needed to get his exam done. Slowly went through each of the cats and gave very thorough exams. Taught us how to trim the cats nails and showed us how to shave mats out of them. Never did we feel rushed. We are thrilled with this vet and staff. Highly recommend!!”

“We brought our Jack Russel/Corgi, Tulip, in yesterday and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about us and our dog. Dr. Gracyn was incredible, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, while also being compassionate and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed without ever making me feel rushed. “I called at approximately 7:15 at night on a Friday and with no wait, I was able to get in and have my dog seen after a couple bite wounds. Tests and cleansing as well as pain meds and antibiotics were presented and they were very clear with their intent as well as prices. All of the stuff I encountered were very pleasant and attentive. Thank you so much for caring for my 14 yo kiddo that still doesn't know she's 14?”

“I am new to the area and one day noticed my cat had grown a huge lump on his neck while I was away at work. Terrified, I took him to a highland hills. Not knowing yet how scary the results could end up, they kindly let me know what it may be and what I may be dealing with. They were so professional and kind. It was extremely scary, yet they were so calm and collected which helped keep myself calm and collected. They were able to confirm he would be safely taken care of with proper medication which of course came with much joy. I can't explain enough how welcomed I still felt as a new patient even though it was such a terribly scary situation. Thank you to the entire staff here. The doc, the staff, and of course the patience and kindness they had. Thank you. I highly refer this clinic to everyone!”
