I am absolutely blown away by this vet! Dr. Buchholtz was able to keep my cat who used to be feral and hates the vet so calm during the whole appointment, not even using gabapentin! She even changed the tone and volume of her voice to keep her calm. She also stepped me through the whole process as she gave both cats their exam, which was so helpful especially with my senior 17-year-old cat, so I could know everything she was doing and what was going on with him.Dr. B also doesn't use a one-size-fits all approach. Compassionate, fair, ethical, and empathetic. These are not words I use lightly and hardly words to be cast around at just any business out there today. Certainly not other veterinary clinics who see your pet as dollar signs not as a living being.We’ve seen several doctors here, and each is just as fair and generous as the next. Excellent place for your kitty. We had been taking ours to a chain place for a monthly fee. The Cat Doctor is not only more affordable annually, but Bella has effective treatment for her allergies now. This place knows cats!
