The staff at St. Michael's are wonderful. I had a same day need and they made space for us on a Friday at 3:30 pm. That was very much appreciated. The technicians were professional and also very kind. All the needs were explained and our pet was very well cared for.
I love taking both of my small dogs to St. Michael's.
The staff and vets are extremely friendly and care about the animals they care for. They follow up with you next day after surgery or procedure to see how your pet is doing.
I was able to get a same day appointment for my dog who was having some intestinal issues. The tech and doctor listened and and took some tests and discovered some bad bacteria. They explained what was going on and the options I had to remedy the problem with no pressure. I felt very comfortable with their attention and diagnosis. They showed care and concern to ensure I understood his health. I'm glad I chose this animal hospital.
