Highland Hills Pet Hospital

Adopted a puppy 2 weeks ago and today was his first vet appointment for shots and wellness. The doctor and nurses were fantastic and explained everything to us and answered the questions we had.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I called earlier to ask if they accepted walk-in appointments and was told that they did not. About 20 minutes later, the receptionist called me back to let me know they had a cancellation and could fit my dog in for vaccinations within the next hour. I really appreciated them taking the initiative to reach back out and help us get in so quickly. Great customer service and a wonderful experience overall.

I am new to the area and one day noticed my cat had grown a huge lump on his neck while I was away at work. Terrified, I took him to a highland hills. Not knowing yet how scary the results could end up, they kindly let me know what it may be and what I may be dealing with. They were so professional and kind. It was extremely scary, yet they were so calm and collected which helped keep myself calm and collected. They were able to confirm he would be safely taken care of with proper medication which of course came with much joy. I can't explain enough how welcomed I still felt as a new patient even though it was such a terribly scary situation. Thank you to the entire staff… read full review
