From estimates, consultations, even working with insurance, the 10 month project went as smooth as we could’ve imagined. He will work with you on budgets, materials, and concepts as well. Even answering all of our (I’m sure ridiculous) questions with knowledge, patience, and respect. Our home is now beautiful and we are enjoying living here since the damage. We bought our first home with an idea for a kitchen remodel and Mitch made it so easy for us (despite us having no idea what we were doing and asking a million questions). His crew is great. His cabinet guy Dave was really helpful in the final design of the kitchen.

He was thorough, professional, and got the line cleaned out quickly with minimal mess (which he cleaned up). “A great experience with Ponderosa electrical. Their excellent and personable office staff, Mikayla and Jessica expedited our work request and their electricians, Chuck and Roger arrived soon after. My wife and I used them previously to finish our basement and since they did an outstanding job with that, we decided to use them for our bathroom remodels. Luke Jones was our project manager & he was very responsive to our needs as the project progressed. We are very happy with how he worked with us. A special shout out to Carlos for helping us too.

“Random person crashed their car into my house causing significant damage to my house and tore down the fence to my back yard. I had no idea what I was going to do. After speaking with Brittany and informing her of my situation, she assured me that her company can handle all of the work and deal with the insurance company. The very next day they had someone come out and remove the broken pieces from my house and patched up the holes. That way I wouldn’t have to worry about the weather or animals making their way into my house. That gave me piece of mind & showed me they cared about my situation. They kept me up to date when work was being done. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had my house back to normal in under three months.
