While some customers have had amazing experiences, with stylists like Stephanie and Neaveen providing excellent and professional service, there have been issues with the manager's behavior. Customers have reported the manager being rude, unprofessional, and even physically pushing a child. This behavior has led to complaints and concerns that it may cause the location to lose customers.
Overall, Great Clips Glendale offers a range of hair care services, with the potential for great cuts, but the management issues have been a significant concern for some customers.
Went there a few weeks ago (first week of August) different staff than i remembered last time i was there. Hoped to get a female salonist, but ended up with a male salonist who, when he was doing my hair, was very nervous, to the point where I could feel his hands shake. I have no hard feelings toward men but i'm more used to having women do my haircut and they tend to do good job. Although my pixie short haircut turned out to be ok, I noticed some small imperfections in the haircut.
Donell at this location is the best barber I’ve experienced at any great clips. His attention to detail, customer service, and expertise and advice will improve your hairstyle.
This is my go to spot for a haircut and today has shown me why I keep coming back! I got the cleanest haircut (medium-high fade, military style) by Donell! It's been awhile since I was THIS pleased with a haircut. Thank you so much again and hope Donell is there the next time stop by!
