Urgent Care in Fort Collins

“They are a great staff BUT I waited over an hour for a phone call to get a medication for my child. I get that they get really busy but I don't feel like we mattered. Living 30 mins (one way) away its not like I can come back to get it later. ? we literally only came here because the urgent care where i live closed. Even when they were super busy they still managed to call as soon as they got results, or looked for them if you called them.“

“My son was in desperate need of a coat as the winter had come in faster then I could get one from other resources.. Im a single mom and on a very limited income at this time. Some of the medical practitioners pulled together to get a gift card. They helped us get a brand new coat for my little man. That was such an amazing gift ! now my son is warm and ready for the cold colorado weather !“

“The physician is outstanding but the change from Associates in Family Medicine to Village Medical
rates as abominable. Impossible to reach the office or the providers nurse by phone. And the centralized schedulers made my appt. w/ the wrong provider twice. .I have worked in
over 250 clinics and hospitals in the US teaching patient centered care and I know quality care and patient friendly communication when I see it. Unfortunately as is too often the case the change in practice ownership and the move to a centralized (non-local) call system has resulted in lessened efficiency and pt. satisfaction.“
