My UCHealth primary care doc was not available for an in person visit on short notice so I visited the UCHealth urgent care at the Harmony campus and received amazing care. The facility was very busy yet I didn’t have the expected long wait. In fact, I received ongoing texts with the anticipated time I would.be seen. That is new and much appreciated. Everyone, from the associate who checked me in to the tech who handled my X-rays, were all happy and helpful despite the busy environment. They obviously like working for UCHealth. This Urgent Care is one of the best. Professional, but kind and knowledgeable healthcare providers. Treated us fairly and with dignity. The doctor treated the problem promptly and efficiently.

They handled my care with respect, kindness, & with professionalism! They answered all my questions & explained everything to where I understood it. They git me in & out in a short amount of time less then an hour! I will be going back there if it is needed in the future! Great staff & doctors there very nice & respectful! They handled everything in a timely manner! If i could i would give them 10 plus stars! Thank you
