As busy as the clinic was on this day, everyone had a smile on their face, The wait was long but ran smoothly. The EMT I saw first was extremely polite, concerned, and knowledgeable. I was tested for all communicable diseases which came back negative, thank the Lord. Dr. Moore was quick yet thorough and I was pleased. The diagnosis was bronchitis. I was given prescriptions and sent on my way. Happy Day.

This visit was a week after Halloween. Almost a one-hour wait for a covid/flu test, but it was 5 pm and the office was full of patients. The nurse and Dr Bahn were apologetic for the wait, but each had a friendly manner and the tests were negative. Dr Bahn was thorough in my exam and fully discussed the possible virus and home care. She also stated that many patients were showing up ill since the Halloween holiday. I received thorough notes and results of my tests in my patient portal by the time I got home. I am very pleased with my experience.

My visit to the Urgent Care facility went well for the most part. Checkin was easy. The wait time however, remains unacceptable. An hour and half to be seen seems like a long time especially when one is ill. However, this facility has had longer wait times for a long time.
