Dr. Birnbaum is a great person to work with, for me personally he believed me and what I was trying to tell people and he really took time to notice small things that I thought nobody realized before I even did, myself. Emily, who is another person I work with from healthy harbors, is actually right next door, and I feel so blessed and absolutely lucky to have two people such as Dr. Birnbaum and Emily to work with. I am very grateful for the staff and providers at UCHealth Family Medicine Center - Fort Collins! I feel very blessed to be under the care of Dr. Maria Snapp, DO., and I am extremely grateful to have her as my primary care physician! I trust Dr. Snapp, completely and without question!
